1. General Information

Welcome to www.musoti.ro, our online store specializing in handmade accessories created for book lovers. 

This website is operated by Mușoti. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on the website.

2. Products

Most of the products presented on the website are handmade. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight differences in color, shape, texture, or finish may occur and do not represent defects.

Product images are for presentation purposes and may differ slightly from the final product.

3. Orders

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in justified situations, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or incomplete information,

  • suspected fraud,

  • product unavailability.

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by the Seller.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in EUR/RON and include VAT where applicable.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped by courier to the address provided by the Buyer.

Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days, depending on product availability, production time, and courier services. As products are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

For orders with payment on delivery, the customer undertakes to pay the exact amount to the courier upon receipt of the package.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with applicable European Union and Romanian consumer protection legislation, Buyers have the right to return eligible products within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, without providing a reason.

Returned products must:

  • be unused,

  • be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are processed after the returned products are received and inspected.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • product designs,

  • photographs,

  • texts,

  • graphics,

  • logos,

is the intellectual property of the Seller and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR and Romanian legislation.

Customer information may be used for:

  • processing orders,

  • customer support,

  • shipping and payment processing,

  • improving website functionality and user experience,

  • analytics and advertising services related to the operation of the online store.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages, losses, or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent Romanian courts.
