Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, small variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once the returned products are received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
